       Job Requirements: 

​

• You are a bookkeeper with a bookkeeping degree/diploma 

• You have an aptitude for cloud-based business administration (accounting, tax & payroll) 

• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines 

• An individual with a strong digital affinity will be best suited for the position 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 

• Produce work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail 

• Professionalism and administrative skills 

• Preference to individuals who are proficient in English and Afrikaans 

• Johannesburg based position 

• Access to reliable internet during business hours 

• Access to a smartphone to utilise cloud-based apps  

• Own transport 

• The following cloud-based software experience is preferential (or other relevant online software), but not a prerequisite: 

  • Xero  

  • SimplePay  

  • SARS efiling

• Working remotely or from home as the daily tasks can be completed from anywhere, provided you have access to the internet

• The position is most suitable for a young energetic bookkeeper with strong computer literacy skills 

• An experienced bookkeeper may also be interested in the position given the flexibility in working remotely and to balance work-life responsibilities.
